Legal entities wishing to become MEPX members are required to submit a filled in Application for the Membership to the e-mail [email protected], after which they are given the opportunity to sign the Membership Agreement.

Prerequisites for signing it are:

  1. Registration with the Market Operator for participation in the Montenegrin power market;
  2. Balance Responsibility Agreement signed with the Market Operator and the Transmission System Operator.

Important

After signing the Membership Agreement Members are obliged to comply with Clearing and Settlement Rules, Market Conduct Rules and rules for the market in which they participate (optionally Day Ahead Market Rules and Long-term Market Rules).

Also, by fulfilling the above mentioned conditions and financial obligations, the Member receives a Confirmation on the Registration in accordance with the Rulebook on Register of Members.
