Petrol Crna Gora MNE d.o.o, a local subsidiary of Slovenian company Petrol, has successfully ended the registration process on Montenegrin power exchange market and became seventh domestic, and twelfth MEPX markets member in total.
Petrol is the largest Slovenian company in terms of revenue and the largest Slovenian energy company, active in all former Yugoslav countries. The main business activity of the company is trading in oil derivatives, gas and other energy products, including electricity. This company is one of the largest power suppliers in Slovenia, and they are investing in renewable energy production, focusing on the production of solar, wind and hydropower, striving to increase its share in their energy mix.
