MFT Energy A/S, a company headquartered in Aarhus, has successfully ended the registration process on Montenegrin power exchange market and thus became ninth foreign, and sixteenth member in total on MEPX markets.
MFT Energy is one of the largest Danish energy trading companies, founded in 2016 in Aarhus, with offices in Turkey, Singapore and Australia. MFT is currently active on 38 markets all over the world and is registered on 22 power exchanges on 4 continents. Main trading activities of MFT include physical and financial trading via exchanges, standard futures and structured products and capacity auctions, with special focus on the short term power trading in Europe, all in order to make markets more efficient and to facilitate the green transition. During 2022 MFT traded the total amount of energy of 347 TWh in all markets that they are actively participating on.
